The front desk clerk was pleasant, but
the overall experience was disappointing due to the issues with the room. The noise from adjacent rooms and the slow draining tub made for an uncomfortable stay, even though the staff was friendly and helpful.

After rebooking, I was charged full price, which ruined my experience. Their promised refund did not materialize, leading to frustration with customer service.

Conveniently located near downtown, this place allows easy access to local attractions and amenities. The manager was friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the room had an overpowering air freshener smell, making it difficult to enjoy my stay. my brother experienced a similar issue. While the furnishings could use an update, the cleanliness was satisfactory. Given the mixed experiences, I would cautiously recommend this motel to travelers seeking budget options.

nice staff but terrible smell in the room
The staff provided attentive service during my stay. I appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions I had. The local recommendations were also excellent. I loved trying the homemade pies nearby.
The overpowering smell in the room made for an uncomfortable night.

Just a reliable pick for a walk-in evening in Rapid City with excellent value for money. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work well and was moldy, which was pretty gross. Make sure to bring your own snacks since there's no breakfast offered.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. I appreciated the simplicity of having direct access to the outdoors, making it easy to unload bags. The room was clean and comfortable, even if a bit dated in furnishings. I’ll definitely consider this spot for my next visit.

You can't visit Rapid City without hitting up Pure Bean for their homemade pies—absolute gold! Plus, you gotta check out Armadillos Ice Cream Shop right down the street. Talk about a sweet treat! On top of that, the staff at the Town House Motel were super friendly and helpful.
The pool was looking a bit murky, but it’s all good vibes here.

A surprising stay with adventure
Finding hidden gems nearby, the staff recommended the best local eats. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the room was tidy every day!
The thin walls meant I heard every shout and laugh from the kids next door, making it hard to relax after a long day.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We loved visiting the local coffee shop and trying out the ice cream place nearby. The location made it easy to get around and explore. Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, which really made our stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the AC unit wasn’t working well at first, which made our nights a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect for Solo Travelers
The staff were helpful. They jumped to assist when I had a late check-in, calling me to make sure I felt welcome and knew how to get in, great service! The breakfast was decent, and it was nice to start the day off right before heading out with a full stomach.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for a solo traveler like me.

The room was pretty basic but clean and neat. The mattress was okay but definitely could use an upgrade. I didn’t sleep that well because it was kind of sinking in the middle. The bathroom lacked an outlet near the sink, which was annoying. Overall, it wasn’t the best but it had everything you need for a night away.
